If your Nimbus isn’t functioning properly after following the video tutorial, it’s possible that your unit was damaged during shipping. Every Nimbus is individually tested and verified to be 100% functional before packaging, so any issue is likely due to transit damage or mishandling.

In such cases, you’re fully protected — simply submit a return request for a replacement unit or choose a full refund, guaranteed.
